Hi! My name is Henna Ihsan. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been pushing the limits on exploring all that life has to offer. I am definitely someone who marches to the beat of their own drum. My newest favorite affirmation is “the beauty of life flows through me and I radiate its joy”. I find this to be a true testament for me because as a Pakistani-Belgian born in America, I’ve been blessed with a wide range of social, cultural, and environmental experiences that have allowed to me to intimately connect with people from all walks of life. Much of my spiritual wisdom is a result of my parents’ teachings. My Father had such an innate sense of knowledge that led him to have full faith in the Universe providing for him. My Mother had her spiritual awakening in 2011, and as a teenager, I’d often join her meditation groups and séances. It wasn’t until 2020 that I began to fully immerse myself in the Spiritual world. I believe that everything happens for a reason and I believe that spirituality continued to bring itself to the forefront in my life to help me through grieving the unexpected transcendence of my Father in 2021. Grief took me down a very dark path but the Universe continued to shine light in my direction. In April of 2022, I had my first QHHT session and it completely changed my life. It taught me many things, one being that that I didn’t need to “get back on track”, I simply needed to follow the whispers of my soul and create a path that aligns with the fiery passion I have within. I’ve always wanted to help others shine. During undergrad I walked the Criminal Justice path, in grad school I walked the Elementary Educator path, and now in 2023, I am creating a new path with Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique® as a Level 2 Practitioner. It is an honor and privilege to do this work and be a facilitator in the healthy healing of so many people. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you so much for allowing me to hold a safe space for you to be vulnerable, to grow, and to glow. Together we will continue to ignite the beautiful light of our souls.
