Energy alignment is a holistic practice that works with your body's subtle energy system to restore balance and promote healing. Using techniques like tuning forks, hands-on healing, and chakra work, Henna helps clear blockages and restore the natural flow of energy through your system.

Tuning forks produce specific frequencies that resonate with different parts of your energy system. When applied to or near the body, these vibrations help release stuck energy, reduce tension, and bring your system back into coherence. Many people find tuning fork therapy deeply relaxing and physically soothing.

The seven main chakras are energy centers that run from the base of your spine to the crown of your head. Each governs different aspects of your being: Root (safety), Sacral (creativity), Solar Plexus (confidence), Heart (love), Throat (expression), Third Eye (intuition), and Crown (spirituality). When balanced, energy flows freely and you feel whole and aligned.

Sessions typically last 60 minutes. This includes time for a brief consultation, the energy work itself, and integration afterward

We begin with a brief conversation to connect and set an intention for your session.
From there, you’ll relax while I work with your energy using Reiki and tuning forks to gently clear, balance, and restore flow within your system.
At the end of the session, I’ll share intuitive insights and a personalized write-up to support your continued integration.

Energy Alignment sessions are $120 paid via cash, Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal.
3 Session Package: $333. To support consistency and deeper integration, sessions are to be used within 60 days.
