Henna mostly works with clients virtually. In-person Energy Alignment sessions and QHHT sessions are held in Old Town Manassass. The exact location is provided at the time of booking.
Henna holds group sessions in carefully selected spaces across the region, including: Manassas, Woodbridge, Alexandria, Bristow, and Fredericksburg.

Energy Alignment sessions are ideal if you’re feeling blocked, emotionally heavy, or out of balance and want personalized support to clear and recalibrate your energy. Many people return to these sessions for ongoing care and integration.
QHHT is a deeper, more expansive experience. If you’re feeling called to explore life purpose, soul level themes, past life experiences, or specific questions you’ve been carrying for some time, this work often finds you at a moment of readiness.

Group Sound Bath Events: Tickets are typically sold at $35-45. Prices vary depending on the event.
Individual sessions:
QHHT: $500. A $100 nonrefundable deposit is required to hold your booking and will go toward your session cost.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Deposits for late cancellations or no-shows are nonrefundable or transferable.
Energy Alignment: $120 A $20 nonrefundable deposit is required to hold your booking and will go toward your session cost.

The Energy Alignment package is designed for those wanting deeper support and continued integration. This bundle is $333 and requires a $20 non-refundable deposit to hold your booking and will go toward the session cost.
