  • All Energy & Spiritual Mentorship sessions are held virtually.

    This allows you to receive support from wherever you are, in a space where you feel most comfortable and grounded.

  • Each session is guided by what you’re currently moving through.

    With Henna, you may explore your thoughts, patterns, or emotions, shift your perspective, reconnect with your values and intuition, and create space for clarity and alignment.

    When relevant, Henna may also incorporate energetic support to help you process and integrate what’s coming up.

  • Each session is 45 minutes.

    This gives us enough time to go deep into what’s coming up for you while still keeping the experience focused and intentional.

  • Single Session — $85
    Biweekly Support — $150/month (2 sessions)
    Weekly Support — $280/month (4 sessions)
