"Last year I had two tuning fork sessions with Henna to alleviate pain in my Rhomboid muscle. I had put a lot of strain on my back to take care of my chocolate lab in the last months of his life. The pain had been constant and was interfering with my daily activities. It was a lingering pain that would not go away. I am not one to take pain killers so I opted for a more alternative healing method with a lasting effect. After the first tuning fork session the pain subsided drastically. About 80% of the pain was gone. Because of the amazing result, I opted for another session a few months later. Henna focused especially on my back . The session put me in another state of consciousness. It was so relaxing, that experiencing that kind of peacefulness was worth a session with her. The day after the session my back pain was completely gone, just like it had never been there. It has been a year now and I am still pain free. It is mind blowing to me what a tuning fork session can do for your body. I don’t really understand what happens during a tuning fork session but I know that the body heals itself on a deep level. I highly recommend anybody to check it out whether you are in pain or just want to realign your energy centers in your body."

"You can't predict what a sound bath will reveal or do to you, but personally I found it's best to go in without expectations or even specific questions. The universe knows what you truly need- whether its a healing, visions to later interpret, or even actual spoken words of wisdom. I was never clairaudient before, but towards the end of my recent session I heard a female voice say to me "It is more important to love than to be loved". The more I contemplate this, the more I realize this is true and- ... is what I needed to be reminded of during the heavy burdens I am experiencing lately. Even if you don't receive messages or knowledge, you will experience very deep relaxation which we all need in these crazy and trying times. According to my smart ring, my heart rate went down from 100 bpm (while driving in a torrential monsoon) to 50 bpm in the session! Henna's soft voice, intuition, and calm energy is perfect for sound baths, try it out!"
