This 90-minute experience weaves together the quiet depth of yin yoga with the healing power of sound to support deep physical, emotional, and energetic release. Yin postures are held for longer periods of time, allowing you to gently open the body, hydrate the connective tissues, and calm the nervous system while cultivating stillness and presence.
As you rest in each pose, healing sound vibrations from crystal singing bowls and other instruments will wash over you, guiding the body into an even deeper state of relaxation. The combination of yin and sound creates space for tension to unwind, emotions to move through, and the mind to fully let go.
This is not about effort or performance. It is about surrender, softness, and giving yourself the space to simply be.
